Bookings must be made via the Hala Whole Body app or website. Please note we do not accept bookings via social media direct messages, text, phone or email.

All payments must be completed via our Hala Whole Body app or website. Please note we do not accept cash payments.

If you wish to cancel a session previously booked by you, you must do so via our app or website. If we receive cancellation notification on or less than two hours before the scheduled session start time, this is considered a late cancel. If we receive cancellation more than 2 hours before the scheduled session, we will not deduct the session from your package or if pre-paid as a casual class, you will receive a credit that can be used on a session another time. Please be advised we charge a no/show and late cancellation fee of $10.00 applies to all membership, intro offer and pack options after your first 'no show or late cancel' you will be charged a $10 fee.

From time to time, we may be unable to provide a session that was previously assigned to you and scheduled. If we are unable to provide the session, we will provide you with notice as soon as possible and the session will be credited to be used at another time.
